Allison How Tropical Storms Are Formed
By:Allison Taylor
Today I will be telling you how tropical storms are formed. First, air on the surface of the ocean is heated that contains a lot of moisture. Then, hot humid air rises cools and condenses for the clouds to form. The rising air creates low air pressure. The air runs to fill gap left by rising air. Since the earth was rotating the wind didn't blow straight. Then the winds circle to the center. Then the storm moves west towards land. When it crosses the land it looses energy and dies out. That is how tropical storms are made.
